The rainy winter season lasts from November to May, the rest is a dry summer. The rains fall in the north and in the centre of the country, much less in northern Negev, in the south. Climate varies across regions. On the coast wet summer and soft winter, in mountain areas, dry summer and relatively cold winters. The Jordan Valley has a hot dry summer and soft winter. In Negev, the climate is half-empt. Nearly every year, there's snow in Jerusalem.
The temperature range is very wide, ranging from periodic winter snowfalls to hot dry winds, with a sharp rise in temperature.
June to the end of August- This is the summer season in Israel, where the temperature is between 26 and 32 degrees on average:Tel Aviv 26-30, Jerusalem 25-29, Eilat 35-40 and Haif 25-30.
September-November- Temperature depression between 30 and 23 degrees on average: Tel Aviv 15-28, Jerusalem 16-26, Eilat 20-33 and Haifa 16-27.
Between December and FebruaryWinter time in Israel, when the temperature between 18 and 21 degrees on average: Tel Aviv 9-19, Jerusalem 7-14,Eilat 11-23 and Haif 9-18.
And spring, between March and May,temperature between 22 and 25 degrees on average: Tel Aviv 12-22, Jerusalem 12-21, Eilat 17-31 and Haifa 13-26.
