The hotel is located 18 kilometres from the centre of the city, in the Sandton Féchenébelle, in a single area, near the Indian Ocean coast and business quarters, 33 kilometres from the International Airport. The eighth-story building was built in neorenessance style and became known by its towers, which preserved the features of the genuesco-Venetian architecture. It's the same way that the hall interriers are held.

They have been sculptured with a la Michelangelo style. Lobby and the loll represent a huge space-atrim with a glass ceiling and a round bar under a mini-couple in the center. There is a large urban infrastructure around the hotel: gallery, boutiques, entertainment parks and botanical gardens, souvenir shops and recreation centres.
