5. Methods and terms of processing personal information

5.2.1. authorized state authorities of Ukraine only on the basis and in the manner prescribed by the legislation of Ukraine;

6.1.5. present a reasoned demand to the owner of personal data with an objection to the processing of their personal data;
6.1.6. present a motivated request to change or destroy their personal data by any owner and manager of personal data, if these data are processed illegally or are unreliable;
6.1.7. protection of their personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to deliberate concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision of them, as well as protection from the provision of information that is unreliable or discredits the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual;
6.1.8. file complaints about the processing of their personal data to the Commissioners or to the court;
6.1.9. apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on the protection of personal data;
6.1.10. make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process their personal data when giving consent;
6.1.11. withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
6.1.12. know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
6.1.13. in defense of an automated decision that has legal consequences for him.
6.1.14. make a free decision on the provision of their personal data necessary to use the site www.yana.kiev.ua, and give consent to their processing.
6.2. The user has the right to receive information from the Administration on the processing of his personal data, if such a right is not limited in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. 8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. All disputes of the parties arising from the relationship between the User and the Administration are subject to resolution through correspondence and negotiations using the mandatory pre-trial (claim) procedure. If it is impossible to reach an agreement between the parties through negotiations within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the moment the other Party receives a written claim, the dispute must be submitted by any interested party to the court at the location of the Site Administration (with the exception of the jurisdiction of the case to any other courts).
8.2. The User and the Site Administration agree that all possible disputes regarding this Privacy Policy will be resolved in accordance with the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine.
8.3. Recognition by the court of any provision of this Privacy Policy as invalid does not entail the invalidity or non-compliance with other provisions of this Privacy Policy.
8.4. Inaction on the part of the Site Administration in case of violation by the User or other third parties of the provisions of this Privacy Policy does not deprive the Site Administration of the right to take appropriate actions to protect their interests later.
9. Additional terms
