The hotel is located near the centre of the city, at the foot of the Stone Mountain, near the botanical garden of Kirstenbosch and the Funikuler station. The complex consists of the main building and the separate wing Palm Avenue, which includes four historic buildings, Taunton House, Green Park, Helmsley, Hof Villa and two cottages.
