The best events for you
Over 30 years in tourism and events, we have organized hundreds of events and today we want to tell you about the opportunities for corporate tourism that, in addition to fulfilling business tasks, bring pleasure and charge you with a great mood and new achievements.
We can rent many historical places for you to hold events, such as ancient palaces. Why not organize a presentation or a banquet in the Palace of Fontainebleau, where the history of France was created starting from the 12th century?
All French monarchs lived here, and the palace was restored by order of Napoleon (he called it “the house of kings”) after the French Revolution. The palace is located in a park of 130 hectares with the largest flowerbed in Europe.
A 45-minute drive from Paris, within the walls of a 900-year-old Cistercian monastery, the L’Abbaye des Vaux-de-Cernay hotel is open. On its territory there is a lake, a park, a cinema, sports grounds, bicycles, banquet halls under ancient vaults and open-air areas, a spa. You can even invite employees with children, because entertainment for young guests is also provided.
Business tourism gives the opportunity to visit new places: visit thousand-year-old castles of Flanders, see with your own eyes the paintings of Rubens, Bruegel and Van Eyck, ride along the canals of Amsterdam, stay at the Pulitzer Amsterdam - a hotel located in 25 houses from the 17th-18th centuries. The largest castle in the Netherlands - De Haar near Utrecht is also open for events. It was visited by Coco Chanel, Maria Callas, Gregory Peck, Roger Moore, Yves Saint Laurent, Brigitte Bardot. Around the castle there is a park of 55 hectares with a forest, a labyrinth, a deer sanctuary, a romantic bridge, a rose garden and a Roman garden, a pond and lawns for picnics.
Among others, Vienna's Schönbrunn, the Churchill family estate Blenheim in Woodstock, the Tower of London, Hampton Court, Kensington Palace, Hillsborough Castle, Kronborg Castle (Helsingor) mentioned by Shakespeare and many other historical places are open for private and corporate celebrations.
The event can also be organized in a museum. This could be the Nobel Prize Museum in Stockholm, the Sherlock Holmes Museum on Baker Street in London, the Carlsberg Museum (Home of Carlsberg) in Copenhagen, the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart and the Escal'Atlantic ocean liner museum in the French port city of Saint-Nazaire, the Real Madrid Museum and hundreds of others around the world.
Guided by the interests of your team, you can choose the most unusual location.
We can organize an event on a yacht, a regatta or a river cruise, visits to wineries and production facilities of world-famous companies, safaris and visits to national parks, snowmobile competitions, parties on top of a mountain or in an ice cave, hot air balloon rides, picnics in an African reserve, master classes on making Japanese wagasa umbrellas in Kyoto or lanterns in Hoi An. With us, you can find yourself in the role of a gaucho in Argentina or raft down the Zambezi River. We can offer you a show program in the innovative Studio 21 in Amsterdam or at Wembley Stadium. We will take care of all the worries about organizing the event and travel, including writing a script, selecting a location and local staff, transfers, providing private planes and helicopters, renting an island - in short, we will implement the most grandiose ideas for an unforgettable event.
