For China, new Sunrise Kempinski Hotel became the largest hotel project in recent years: a 14-km hotel would be the largest in East Asia.
The 97-metre " egg " , covered by glass panels, is located on the coast of Lake Yangi, 40 minutes from the Beijing centre. The building's facade reflects the sky, the Yanshaun mountain chain and the lake. At night, the hotel is lighted by the lights.
In the five-star Sunrise Kempinski Hotel 21 floors and 306 numbers, including hatches; ibid.: 14 restaurants, bars, fitness hall, two SPA centers, a children ' s club and their own yacht docks.
The project was run by an architect from China, Zhang Hai Ao, and a team of American designers of DiLeonardo, which took two years and about 10,000 workers. Disein Sunrise Kempinski Hotel has been developed in accordance with the foundations of the fenshay: the façade of the building resembles the rise of the sun, which symbolizes the rapid growth of China ' s economy, the entrance of the open mouth of the fish refers to an ancient symbol of prosperity.
