From the hill on which the hotel was located, there was a view on the sea, the acute coast of the island, Naples, the volcano of Vesuvius and the peninsula of Sorrentine in the east; the green slopes and hills in the south and west; the Flegrea coast in the north. The hotel building is in the middle of a luxury park where two open swimming pools, a tennis cake, bowling and a private car park were located. Somewhere from the pool is a natural sauna in a rock.
