The former possession of Donna Anne, a reader of various arts, was acquired in 1993 by the family of Moretti, which opened up an exquisite hotel, combining rich cultural and historical traditions with unique recreational opportunities. The green facades of the old hotel's towers hide the stunned glory of the interriers: true works of art, fabulous fres on the walls, antique furniture, mirrors in the golden frames. Each of the L'Albereta plates has been completed in individual style, with taste decorated and equipped with modern comfort. The hotel is located in the town of Ebruzco (Ebrusco) in northern Italy, near Lake Iseo (Iseo), 34 kilometres from Bergamo airport, 80 kilometres from Verona and 125 kilometres from Milan airport.

The hotel has a magnificent 2-level SPA centre Espace Vitalité 1,400 m²which includes: a large wing basin with five different hydromassage zones, a sauna, a Turkish bath, a hydrotherapy bath Kneipp, a Jacuzzi room, a hydrotherapy room, a phytness room with a view to the park, a recreation area, a tea room, a beauty salon, and a procedural office offering a wide range of different types of massage and services. Espace Vitalité represents programmes of varying lengths based on the unique method of Henry Shano (Henri Chenot), which combines modern scientific research with the thousands of years of Chinese medicine, which considers human beings as a single energy system with physical, mental and spiritual dimensions.
