Opening of the new Hotel Soneva Jani, Maldives

Soneva, the leading network of luxury resorts, revealed information on the Kurort, Soneva Jani; Jani on the sanscrite means " flourish " . The opening of a new Luxury hotel is planned for the Maldives in October 2016. The new resort will offer 24 water villas and one beach villa. Additional beach villas will be built on the resort later.
The resort is being established on Madhufaru Island, which is part of a group of five uninhabited islands in Nona (Noonu Atoll). The hotel is inside a huge (5.6 km) amazing beauty of the lagoon. The main island offers white beaches and covers tropical forests.
The water villa will be a sliding roof, its own basin filled with ocean water, and a personal exit to the lagoon. Some of the villas will have their own water pot, coming from the top of the water. Like all the hotels of the Soneva network, the simplic villas of the new hotel are built from green materials and are designed by the design of Eva Schivdasani, which together with Sonu Schivdasani is the founder of the Soneva brand.
The new hotel will be a sliding roof that will allow guests to enjoy the view of the star sky. “We have to live in a highly technological world with a high population density. The roof automatically closes if it rains. The opening of Soneva Jani is one of the bright events of this year. After the hotel appeared in the reservation systems, all villas were purchased for the first few weeks after its opening.
Soneva Jani There will be a luxury hotel infrastructure: the luxury hotel: the luxury spade, the diving center, the observatory, the children ' s club, the eco-centre, the organic garden and the open Paradizo movie theater. In order not to disturb the living residents of the lagoon, special headphones will be provided for the screening of films. It's the first blank movie theater in the Maldives.
Five new resort restaurants will offer international kitchen meals. The resort will also be run by the usual Soneva guests of cheese and chocolate rooms, which also have a great choice of delicate and great ice cream. Visiting these rooms will be free for all the guests of the resort.
Soneva Jani will have:
- 18 water villas with one bedroom (1 bedroom Water Retreats);
- 4 water villas with two bedrooms (2-bedroom Water Retreats);
- 1 water villa with three bedrooms (3-bedroom Water Retreat);
- 1 water residence with three bedrooms (3-bedroom Water Reserve);
- 1 beach villa with four bedrooms (4-bedroom Island Reserve).
Every effort was made in the process of building the resort to reduce the negative impact on nature. Seawater with UF filtering is used for resort basins. The villas themselves were built on the sand bottom of the lagoon without causing any harm to the local reef. Solar batteries will be a source of electricity on the resort. Wastewater treatment will be carried out directly on the resort, as will the desalination and development of drinking water. The recycling of garbage will take place at the Environmental Center of the Hotel, and the vegetables required for restaurants will be grown in a special garden established in the territory of Soneva Jani.
The initial opening of the resort is scheduled for 1 October 2016 and for 5 November 2016.
The hotel villas are open for reservation from 1 October 2016.
