American sculptor Anthony Howe, world-famous with his work, which reminds me of remote alien creatures, installed two kinetic sculptures. Dubai♪

The first sculpture from Haw called Octo 3 appeared in City Walk. The 7.6 m high work already claims to be one of the largest kinetic sculptures. It weighs 3,200 kilograms and is accessible to visit. The sculpture is located opposite Paul and Argo Tea Cafe. Octo 2 is built in the Beach area from Meraas.
Skulptures are designed to withstand wind speeds up to 140 km/h. Nevertheless, they are functioning properly and with a less intensive flow. At night, red lights add a special ball of Hoo's work.
The Skulptor hopes that his work will be given free, consistent elegance, energies from wind flows.
While computers and 3D-technologies played a role in the construction of Hoo, he noted the importance of imagination and traditional hard work in his craft. Octo 3 took six months to work alone for 14 hours a day.

He describes his work as " To some extent, it is the same style as Alexander Calder, George Ricky and other cynical sculptors, possibly more relevant to abstract art. "
