La Residence

The hotel is located in the town of Frankhouk, in the Vineylands (Winelands), an hour from Cape Town and an international airport. It is located in a private landing where grapes and olives are grown. A two-storey building built in a provincial French estate is on the shore of a small lake, against the back of the mountains. The location of the hotel is prone to the spirit of the old one, and the small size of only five numbers is a good difference between La Residence and the big noise hotels. There's nothing to prevent quiet privacy. A special ball of the hotel gives a cowardly vegetation rock of patio surrounded by shadow galleries with columns. The guests have a dining room, a pool, tennis courts, a mini-kinotheater, a library. Young women are waiting for gifts and special programmes. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed to live in a hotel.

Hotel five. The rooms are arranged using antique works of art, vast mirrors throughout the wall in heavy, dried frames, persian carpets of manual work, and the bedrooms can be boasted by sophisticated beds from Ralph Lauren. Large panorama windows (final windows are performed as arock) and high ceilings make the numbers even more simple and brighter. All rooms are equipped with bathrooms with a bathroom and a shower cab. No smoking is allowed in the numbers.

Bedroom One - is located on the second floor and consists of a bedroom, two wardrobe rooms, an office and a simplic bath room; has a balcony; from the room, a small, cozy living room with a fireplace and a library.

Bedroom Two - located on the first floor, with a view on the patio and the pool; consists of a bedroom and a bathroom.

Bedroom Three - located on the first floor, with the entrance to the pool; consists of a bedroom and a bathroom.

Bedroom Four - located on the first floor, with the entrance to the pool; consists of a bedroom and a bathroom.

Bedroom Five - is located on the first floor, with access to the pool; consists of a bedroom and a bathroom; unlike other rooms, two single beds in the bedroom.

In each number:

Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are in the big open room or in the fresh air, in the patio, in little tables for two. The blues of the Mediterranean and South African cuisine are prepared using products produced in the arc (olive oil, vegetables and fruit, honey, house bread). The menu also includes a trout that is famous for local rivers. Every night, the fireplace in the living room gives wine and light snacks.
