The hotel is located in San City, 8 kilometres from Pilansberg Airport, 180 kilometres from Johannesburg and international airport. The building was conceived and built in the palace style, which was lost in exotic jungle, as reflected in the name The Palace of the Lost City. Towers and balconies, strange crossings and fligs, mezones and staircases, all of which accurately convey the essence of the " fairy " palace. The interriers use animal figures, bivni elephants, celebrity statues, a bronze model of the Shava Sloin from Kruger Park, in a natural value of 4.5 metres. In the ceiling lounge up to 25 metres, we can see an incruciated tree, expensive eastern carpets, palms, frescoes, porcelain, rubber furniture of manual work. An exotic park of 25 hectares, a botanical jungle with pathways, cascades, lakes and basins, planted with more than one and a half million trees and handicrafts. The park is divided into four parts: forests with exotic fruit trees, wet tropical forests, dry local forest and palm forest near the basin. There's a beauty salon in the hotel, a gym, a pool and nice restaurants.
