The hotel is located on the island of Willington of the city of Kachin and is a historical mansion of 1935, all of whose internal premises are decorated in a colonial Victorian style. The guests may also be accommodated in the modern rooms of the later main tower. The only restaurant in Kerala, the authentic Thai cuisine, would be happy with copy prescriptions and a big choice of dishes. The decoration of a restaurant specializing in dishes from seafood re-establishs the traditional Keral rice boat, the kettavalan. Specially for guests, cruises are organized on traditional Keral boats, and on the Lux Yacht, rafting, cultural shows and evening programmes, sight tours, bird surveillance, local village trips.
