Grecotel White Palace is located on the northern coast of Crete, in the resort of Rethymno, 65 km from the airport of Chania, 80 km from the international airport in Heraklion.

On the territory of the Grecotel White Palace hotel there are: 2 swimming pools with sea water (one is spacious, merging with the sea horizon), a swimming pool with sea water in the eastern part near the bungalow complex), children's pools, 2 floodlit tennis courts, a water sports center (windsurfing, canoeing, etc.), a PADI diving center, a fitness room, table tennis tables, a mini-golf course, a creative studio (silk painting), aerobics, aqua aerobics, beach volleyball, cycling, walks in the botanical garden, boat trips, excursions, entertainment and show programs. The hotel is located on a 1,000 m sand and pebble coastline washed by the crystal clear azure sea. The beach has umbrellas, sun loungers, a private relaxation area for adults only and exceptional service. Guests can enjoy 17 seawater swimming pools: a central and children's pool, 4 pools (sharing pool) for certain room types and 11 private heated water pools for the luxurious Yali Suites collection.

The hotel has a children's pool and a splash pool for toddlers, a play area, and the following: Grecoland mini-club for children aged 3 to 12, Overnight Camp for children aged 6 to 12, Club 4 You for teenagers aged 13 and up (from mid-June to mid-September), and the Tasty Corner children's cafe. The rooms are also equipped to accommodate children, and the restaurants offer a children's menu. Babysitting services are available (upon request).

From June 10 to September 10, the Arsenal Club Football School operates for children aged 5-14. Children have the opportunity to master techniques, skills and principles of fair play during fun team games. Classes are paid.

Guests can expect 5 restaurants and ONE 24/7 per day, a pastry shop, premium branded drinks, light snacks, pool and beach service and pleasant compliments from Grecotel. A wide range of premium drinks, a collection of wines, cocktails and juices are presented in 8 bars of the hotel. The highlight of the White Palace is the gourmet promenade with its exciting restaurants and food kiosks serving exotic dishes a la carte, gyros, pita and fresh sandwiches. Waiters on roller skates, original summer cocktails and musical hits from the DJ will add colors to a bright summer holiday.

The White. A unique restaurant offering a wide selection of tasting sets - bright "in content" dishes of world cuisine: French, Italian and Greek. Dinner is accompanied by a spectacular sunset.

The main restaurant of Grecotel El Greco Crete, open for breakfast and dinner, is decorated with beautiful frescoes and offers rich buffets of local and international cuisine, while in the evenings there are show cooking and weekly theme nights.

The Brasserie restaurant, located next to the beach, offers light meals, salads and a wide range of snacks.

The Agreco Farm restaurant, representing Cretan cuisine, was voted "Best Organic Restaurant" in 2009 by Vanity Fair. A rich menu of 6 traditional Cretan dishes, prepared with organic products grown on the farm, is complemented by the view of vineyards and olive groves, spreading amphitheatre to the sea.

The open-air Taverna restaurant by the pool hosts theme dinners in the evenings, lobster nights, barbecues, fish festivals and Cretan nights with live folklore music.
