Located in the Northwest of Saudi Arabia, Habitas AlUla is nestled among an ancient oasis in a desert valley surrounded by spectacular sandstone cliffs and palm groves with pathways leading up to one of 96 guest rooms, reception, a yoga deck, wellness and fitness centers, restaurant and a swimming pool. Every room is made from ethically sourced organic materials that blend seamlessly into the natural surroundings with minimal disruption and a sustainable programming leaving no trace on the environment.
Six programming pillars, which include: wellness, adventure, culture, learning and F&B are authentic collaborations with the local culture and nature. Villas are sustainably designed to embrace the natural surroundings of the Ashar Valley. All of villas offer scenic canyon views, private outdoor lounge decks, king-sized beds, indoor & outdoor showers, and scenic canyon views.
- All of villas are located on the ground floor and not accessible via lifts.
- Transportation to villas is provided via electric carts.
- Valet parking is available for hotel guests.
- Children below 12 years of age must be accommodated with their parents / guardian. Children 13 years of age and above are considered adults.
- Rollaway beds are not available at this time.

Our Habitas is located approximately 50 minutes from AlUla International Airport, just 35 kilometers southeast of AlUla’s city center. All international airlines have direct flights or connections to major Saudi Arabian cities, such as Jeddah and Riyadh, or international cities such as Dubai and Paris, which complements easy access to AlUla Airport. By car, the hotel in AlUla is 10 hours from Riyadh, 7 hours from Jeddah, 3 hours 20 minutes from Medina and just over 3 hours from Tabuk Airport.
