Six Senses London: A New Rhythm for London

24.07.2026

In a city bursting with energy, where sights and events compete for attention, Six Senses London is more than a new hotel. It is a new atmosphere, a new rhythm and a welcome pause in the whirl of city life (United Kingdom).

Opened in early 2026, the hotel occupies The Whiteley, London’s first department store – an Art Deco masterpiece where Eliza was transformed in “My Fair Lady”. Behind its facades lie 130 years of history, and Hyde Park and Notting Hill are just a stroll away.

Rooms

The 109 rooms offer privacy and space thanks to high ceilings, wide corridors and striking architecture, and many have private terraces. The top floor is home to The Whiteley Suite, with two bedrooms, a living area, a kitchen and a 125 sq m terrace. Wooden floors add warmth and texture, panoramic windows fill the rooms with light, calm colours and natural materials encourage relaxation, and thousands of living plants and a green roof create the feeling of an oasis.

Six Senses Spa London

The 2,300 sq m spa takes a holistic approach to recovery, pairing time-honoured rituals with floatation, cryotherapy, infrared therapy and other innovative treatments. There is a hammam, a hyperbaric chamber, a pool with 20-metre lanes and London’s first magnesium pool for muscle recovery and deep relaxation, a Biohack Recovery Lounge with PEMF therapy, electrical stimulation, sound, vibration and compression therapy and lymphatic drainage, a gym and a yoga studio. The wellness centre offers health screenings, including metabolism, brain function and stress levels, and, in partnership with longevity clinic HUM2N, comprehensive diagnostics and treatments. At the Alchemy Bar, local herbs are turned into tinctures and tonics for the bar, restaurant and spa.

Dining

Seasonal cuisine is based on produce from local farmers and makers. Predominantly plant-based dishes nourish and support digestion and gut health, and the hotel’s own fermentation lab adds natural yoghurts, kefir, sauerkraut and koji to the menu. The bar follows the same philosophy, serving morning coffee, fresh juices, fine wines, beers and cocktails, while the café offers homemade ice cream.

Community and experiences

At the Six Senses Place club you can meet like-minded people, and Earth Lab workshops teach useful skills. Guests can create their own small masterpiece in a glassblowing studio, walk in Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park or make their own gin at an independent London distillery.
