Saadiat Island is an artificial island in the Gulf, built in the north-east of the city Abu Dhabi♪ The architects are planning to host 4 museums on the island, including branches of the Paris Louvre and the New York Guggenheim, 9 hotels of the five stars, golf fields, beaches and so forth. Tourists can travel on the island with two highways linking Saadiat bridges to Abu Dhabi. The completion of such a large project is planned for 2018.
The island is interested not only in its cultural and architectural events, but also in the fact that, despite the active work of the people, the eggs of the sea turtle, the bissa. The look on the turtles is recorded in the Red Book.
It is safe to say that Saadiat will, in the near future, be the most popular tourist destination in the UAE.
