Program

Day 1. Buenos Aires, Argentina
Arrival in Buenos Aires and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation for 1 night at a hotel booked by the cruise line.

Day 2. Buenos Aires - Ushuaia
Group transfer to the airport. Charter flight from Buenos Aires to Ushuaia and boarding of the megayacht in the afternoon. Meet the crew and expedition staff.

Days 3-4. Drake Passage
Located at a latitude of the notoriously fierce 50-degree winds, between Cape Horn and the South Shetland Islands, the Drake Passage is the shortest route to Antarctica.

Day 5. Deception Island, South Shetland Islands
Located just above the northern tip of the Antarctic Peninsula, Deception Island is easily recognizable by its distinctive horseshoe shape. The crater of the volcano located here collapsed, and the resulting caldera was flooded, creating a natural harbor.

Day 6. Neko Bay, Antarctica
A small corner of paradise in the shadow of a towering glacier is Neko Bay. The wildlife here is as abundant as it is exotic: among other things, you'll encounter seabirds (gulls, petrels, and cormorants) and marine mammals (seals, killer whales, and other whale species).

Day 7. Port Lockroy, Goudier Island
During the cruise, you'll have the opportunity to stop at Port Lockroy, a breathtaking natural harbor located in the heart of the Antarctic Peninsula on Goudier Island. While you're here, don't miss the chance to send your loved ones a postcard from the world's southernmost post office.

Day 8. Pleneau Island
Named after the talented photographer Paul Pleneau, Pleneau Island has become a haven for gentoo penguins, elephant seals, and fur seals. On the shore, red algae create a striking contrast with the pristine white snow, where penguin nesting sites are scattered throughout the island.

Day 9. Charcot Bay, Booth Island
A short walk will take you to the remains of explorer Charcot's stone hut. Nearby, you'll see a colony of gentoo penguins, and if you continue to the summit, you'll pass stone cairns and enjoy panoramic views of the vast iceberg field scattered across the bay.

Days 10-11. Drake Passage
Our ship is heading for Ushuaia. You'll also have plenty of time to share impressions and photos with your new friends. On your final evening, you'll enjoy a farewell dinner with the captain.

Day 12. Ushuaia, Argentina
After breakfast, we'll disembark in Ushuaia.
A transfer will take you to the airport, and then you'll board a charter flight to Buenos Aires.

This itinerary is a general outline of the expedition. Itinerary may change due to external factors, such as weather, ice conditions, etc.
The cruise passes through Argentina and Chile.

Please check whether you require a visa for Argentina and Chile.

The cruise takes place on the luxury expedition vessel Le Boreal.

Built in the spirit of a private yacht, with large arched windows that define the vessel's character, Le Boreal is a subtle blend of luxury, privacy, and well-being. The vessel's interior design was developed by Jean-Philippe Nuel's agency.

This megayacht offers guests accommodation in 132 ocean-view cabins, most of which feature balconies, ensuring no occasion goes unnoticed.

This stylish and powerful vessel is equipped with the latest technology. Everything onboard has been carefully thought out—a reception area, spacious lounges, two restaurants, a well-equipped theater, an outdoor pool, a beauty salon and fitness center, and a relaxation area with panoramic windows.

Culinary excellence is the hallmark of the fine dining options on board. There are two restaurants on board: a traditional restaurant where you can dine both indoors and outdoors. The second restaurant offers international cuisine with exquisite dishes.
