List of travel or business visa documents for New Zealand.
Document requirements:
1. Annette must be filled in English, one in all family members (husband/husband, civilian spouse, children under 20 years). Compile the questionnaire
2. All documents attached to Anketa should have an official English translation. Without English translation, documents cannot be deposited with the Embassy of New Zealand.
List of documents
1. Completed and signed questionnaire with date. Answers should be given to all questions.
2. Signed, valid within 3 months of the return from New Zealand, a foreign passport. A copy of the first page of the foreign passport. Make sure that there is at least one clear page in the passport for a visa.
3. Two photos of 3.5x4.5 each.
4. All your previous foreign passports or their copies. In the event of the loss or removal by OSI of these passports, a statement written by hand, listing the countries that have visited during this period (the ambassador may request your photographs from these countries).
5. If you are employed, it is necessary to present the original certificate from the place of work on the business ' s typographical form, indicating:
• Present position;
∙ Work on the enterprise;
Total monthly income in mushrooms/dolars (including bonuses and other payments);
• The duration of the leave granted and its nature (paid or unpaid). The certificate should be signed by the head of the business and the general accountant (or deputy, if the head or head accountant travels). The person who travels on this trip has no right to sign.
6. If you have your own business, it is necessary to provide evidence of its legal nature:
Business registration certificate and business registration certificate

7. Documents confirming that during your stay in New Zealand, you will be able to secure yourself financially.

8. If a schoolgirl or a student is travelling on a certificate from the school.
9. If a child travels up to 18 years without one parent, the original and a copy of the notarized authorization of the second parent for a visit, a copy of the birth certificate, a copy of the two pages of the common citizen ' s passport, the first page (with photograph) and the home page of the parent who is not travelling.
10. A copy of the pension certificate should be provided to the pensioner.

All documents should be translated into English, copies of translated documents certified by the notary. Requirements for the transfer of documents to the New Zealand Immigration Service.
All documents which are made together with the statement should be accompanied by an English translation.
Translations are performed by professional translators or official translation offices;
Printed by the translation bureau or notary;
Implemented on an official translation bureau (with an interpreter FI)

A member of the applicant ' s family or the person interested in the outcome of the application or an agent assisting in the preparation and submission of a visa application shall not be discharged.
