General procedure for issuing visa documents:

The U.S. Embassy ' s Consulate must be personally interviewed 15 minutes before the scheduled time. General interview documents:

• Visa bill;
• 1 photo 5 X 5cm (actual, white);
• Border passport(if you have two (three) z/passport, they should also be presented in the original).
• Field of workis issued on the business ' s business form, indicating:
  • All requisitioners (dress + telephone);
  • Post occupied;
