The lodge is located on the shores of Lake Sarmiento, neighbouring Torres del Paine National Park. Travel time is around one hour from Puerto Natales Airport and 25 minutes from Cerro Castillo; scheduled shared transfers are included for stays of three nights or more, while transfers from Punta Arenas and El Calafate are available at an additional cost.
Uma Spa, whose name means “water” in the Aymara language, is enclosed by panoramic glass walls overlooking the Torres del Paine Massif.
