Ski holidays in Courchevel – the perfect destination for travelers from around the world.
Ski enthusiasts at every level have direct access to the pistes of the Three Valleys – Méribel, Val Thorens, and Courchevel. The ideal time to visit is from December to March.
Courchevel boasts numerous modern lifts, 117 excellent pistes, and 600 km of groomed slopes. The valley's pistes are characterized by wide, smooth red and blue runs, as well as unprepared pistes. Courchevel holidays offer opportunities for snowboarding, skiing on a spectacular array of slopes, off-piste routes, luge, cross-country skiing (90 km), and ski schools.
For beginner and intermediate skiers, the pistes start in the village of 1650: there are no crowds here, and the routes pass through a forested area. Professional skiers gather at an altitude of 1,850 m. The most suitable pistes in this region are the Loz and Chenoux areas. Black runs are also found here. One of the highest is Jean Vlanc (2,700 m), 1.5 km long with a vertical drop of 1,000 m. Another altitude favored by experienced skiers is La Saulire (2,738 m). Steep and narrow couloirs begin here.
You can reach Courchevel from Geneva, Lyon, Chambéry, or Grenoble airports by bus or by train to Môtiers train station. Special buses are available here for all ski enthusiasts, transporting passengers to the villages.
Courchevel – one of the best French resorts
Courchevel opened in 1946. There are no traces of a distant past, famous museums, or churches here. The city's main attraction, which attracts tourists to book tours, is its natural beauty. Since its first construction, it has been preserved in its original form. The Alpine panorama is a majestic, incredible, and breathtaking sight. The luxurious architecture matches the local beauty. Each hotel, chalet, and restaurant is a unique exhibit with its own cozy atmosphere.
To add variety to your Courchevel vacation, you can book a helicopter ride, go mountaineering on the slopes, ride a snowmobile, or go snowshoeing. For a more relaxing getaway, you can visit a sauna, take a dip in the pool, or play billiards. When choosing a tour to Courchevel, keep in mind that prices for activities vary depending on your accommodation.
