Visa in Sri Lanka for Ukrainians
Sri Lanka has a visa regime since 01.01.2012. The entry into Sri Lanka requires an electronic entry permit for electronic Travel Authorization-ETA.
Seventy-eight countries, including Ukraine, the Russian Federation and the CIS countries, should pay a fee to obtain an electronic entry permit (ETA) if they come to the country for tourism, health care, sport, cultural activities, business conferences, training programmes, seminars and documents via the website:noindexwww.eta.gov.lk/noindex♪ Over time, general information on the website will be translated into nine languages for the convenience of the applicants, but the application should nevertheless be in English only.
The passport must be effective at least six months from the date of departure from Sri Lanka.
The applicant will be notified of ETA by e-mail.
A fee of $30 per person is charged for the ETA system, for children under 12 years of age, free of charge. For transit tourists, free air tickets.
Passengers with children under the age of 12 should bring the child ' s data into the ETA system. If the child ' s data are not included in the ETA system, tourists with children will need to complete a questionnaire at the airport on arrival, this procedure takes a long time, so we recommend that all the children ' s data be submitted in advance.
If the tourists had not previously registered ETA, they would be able to do so at the airport on arrival, with a charge of $35 per person. For children under 12, free.
Visa is valid for up to 30 days.
Travellers in Sri Lanka for less than 48 hours are not paid for visa fees.
Necessary documents for entry:
