There are 370 girls between 11 and 18 years of age enrolled in school, of whom 10 per cent are foreign. Teachers ' ratio to students 1:7. The curriculum includes 25 subjects, including art history and sociology for high school students. All premises are equipped with modern computers. Girls may choose several foreign languages, including French, German and Spanish, and add Italian and Russian to A-level.
About 60 per cent of students play different musical instruments. There are several choirs, jazz and other musical groups in Sherbourne all the time. Some students play at the National Youth Orchestra. Together with Cherbourne boys students, girls are actively involved in plays in the school theatre. Sherbourne pays great attention to sports. Pupils are given swimming, cricket, hockey on grass, athletic and aerobics.

There are several dormitories in the school. Girls live between 6 and 10 in the room, except for A-level students, who are provided with single rooms. Every building has rooms for rest and kitchens. Schools are allowed to walk around town.
