The resort's residences are divided into two groups:
Somewhere Island:
- Seven spacious two-story villas with panoramic views, private Jacuzzis, or long infinity pools up to 45 meters long.
- These categories include three- and four-bedroom villas, each with its own kitchen, relaxation areas, private dock, and direct ocean access.
- Each villa offers sunrise and sunset views over the water, private terraces, and panoramic views.
Nowhere Island:
- Two exceptional residences—a three-bedroom pool villa and a five-bedroom presidential residence.
- Private pools up to 28 meters, a private beach, relaxation areas, and terraces.
- Designed for entire bookings, these villas provide maximum privacy for large groups or families of up to 24 guests.
All residences feature spacious lounge areas, kitchens, barbecues, private dining areas, personalized service, a Roohu butler, and a chef.
The resort is located in the Baa Atoll Nature Reserve, known for its abundant marine life, coral reefs, and snorkeling spots, including areas with manta rays and whale sharks. Here is a 30-minute seaplane ride from Male International Airport.
