The hotel is located 20 kilometres from the national park of Eddo, in the private hunter of Shamwari Game Reserve, in a green handicraft on the Bushmans River (Bushmans), between the towns of Port Elizabeth and Grahamstaun, 70 kilometres from the city and Port Elizabeth Airport. The Safari in this reserve includes the observation of the " big five " , the left, the buffalo, the nostril, the leopard and the elephant. The building of a small Bushmans River Lodge was built at the time of the first UAR settlers. It's a safely restored single-stage Victorian farm with a comfortable home atmosphere. Interriers are in the ethnic African style. There's a main hall with the fireplace and cozy couches, a comfortable dinner restaurant in the home style, a barbecue terrace and a small pool. Safari is organized on foot or on jeep individually, accompanied by a personal conductor.

The numbers are located in the main hotel building and are in colonial style, with ethnic South African motives, and are decorated by the arts of decoration and empression. In the bedroom, two big single beds made together, there's a comfortable couch and red wood furniture. There's a big living room with a fireplace. The bathroom's a stove and has a bath, a sink, a shower.

In a small luncheon restaurant, the house style serves African food, and there's an open verb for barbecue and a terrace for cocktails on the roof. In a bar with a fireplace, they give me lunch at winter time.
