The hotel is located in the Val Garden valley, 10 minutes from the centre of the Ortizai mining resort, opposite the stop of the ski bus, 40 km (50 minutes) from the Bolzano airport, 120 km (115 minutes of driving) from the Innsbrook International Airport and 190 km (2 hours of travel) from the International Airport at Verona.
