Willa Castello Bol is a modern luxury villa built from a traditional stone from the island of Bracha. This villa can be bragged by a modern design and a special exterrier, which, despite all its modern processing, does not violate the traditional identity of this island oasis located in the very core of the Adriatic Sea. Will Castello Bol characterizes the distinctive visual identity that distinguishes it from standard islanders of recreation.

Villa Castello Bol is 300 m² and consists of two separate dwellings connected to the inner court.

Willa Castello Bol has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and can accommodate 12-16 people.

The first residential building of the villa near the sea consists of two floors, one and two. On the first floor, there's a modern kitchen with a hidden dining room and a simple living room with a fireplace. The second floor of this building is the main bedroom with the bathroom room, equipped with a Jacuzzi-vannah, a shower cab, a big wardrobe and a balcony with a beautiful view at sea. There is another bedroom, equipped with a double bed, a separate bathroom with a shower and a balcony, and a recreation room equipped with a fixed bicycle, small weights and other light recreational equipment.

The second building of this unique villa also has two floors, one and two. Each floor has two bedrooms, each has a big double bed, a bathroom, a small kitchen and a wardrobe.

The first and second buildings of the Castello Bol villa are linked to the general terrace, which has a magnificent pool of environs (4x6 m). There is also a large terrace with a beautiful view at sea and a large wooden table. This fabulous corner is the reign of the cold, and in the hottest summer days it becomes a real little paradise for all.

Willa Castello Bol is fully equipped with a conditioning system. Villa has a TV in every room, DVD player, Hi-Fi audio equipment, telephone and wireless Internet access, pool, washing machine, clothing dryer, duck, ledogenerator, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, fire, fire, barbecue in the open air and parking space for its hygies.
