Personalised wellness programmes lasting from 5 to 30 days form the foundation of a stay. Consultations and diagnostic assessments are conducted before an individual programme of Ayurvedic treatments, dietary recommendations, herbal preparations, yoga and meditation is created. The resort has an Ayurveda Treatment Center, an in-house pharmacy and its own medicine manufacturing unit. Guests can also choose restorative treatments at Aayu Spa by Browns.
Accommodation is arranged in spacious suites designed for privacy and tranquillity. Suites feature private plunge pools or secluded pool decks, generous living spaces and large bathrooms. The family accommodation also includes two bedrooms, private gardens and dedicated in-suite treatment rooms.
Amurtha Restaurant serves individually plated meals aligned with the resort’s broader wellness philosophy.
