The Hong Kong airport will pay for departing passengers

Effective 1 August 2016 for all passengers leaving the airport Hong Konga special fee will be introduced. Cross-border travellers will also touch this innovation. The collection of transit travellers will be approximately $ 9 (HK$ 70).
Preliminary projections indicate that some 70 per cent of the passengers leaving the airport will pay $11.6 (G$90) or less.
The airport ' s explanations indicate that the collected money will be directed towards the expansion of 3 airstrips and the repayment of existing loans, which were used to upgrade the airport.
