Kyrgyzstan- An independent State in Central Asia. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, Kyrgyzstan gained independence.

Kyrgyzstan is an extraordinary province, a self-important, with a rich heritage. There are amazing talented and generous people here. People are very kind, clean souls, keeping their traditions and customs safe.

The country is landlocked. Nevertheless, more than 3 million tourists from all over the world attend each year.

What's the point?

The country ' s natural wealth is particularly important.

Kyrgyzstan is a mountain country with two of the world ' s greatest high-level systems, Tanya-Shan and Pamir. It's just a fabulous place for mountain tourists and alpineism. And what are the scenes in Kirgisia and what is the cleanest air? It's just impossible to say. It needs to be seen and feel for itself!

Also describing the country ' s natural wealth, the Issyk-Kul must be remembered as one of the world ' s largest highland lakes. It's not only famous for its cleanest, slightly salted water, but also for treating muds and mineral sources. The sun on Issyk-Cule is about 300 days a year, but thanks to the mild breeze and the proximity of snowed mountain peaks, there's never too warm or warm.

Not many are aware of this, but the history of the Kyrgyz people and the land now known as Kyrgyzstan is more than 2,000 years. At the crossroads of the Great Silk Road, this province played an important role in the economy and culture of that time. And so far, there have been many historical monuments of these golds to the region for centuries, when many, clayed silk, tea and quarantine spices fled from China to Rome.

Kitchen

The kitchen of Kyrgyzstan is diverse, nutritious and delicious.

Like most nomadic peoples in Central and Central Asia, cyrgyz will have the main ingredient of virtually any meal (hovin, baranina or conin). And the country ' s most popular meat products are plums, mants, lagman (meat and vegetables) and Sams (bears with a variety, most often meat, fixing).

The proximity to China has meant that the main drink in Kirgisia is tea: cold, green summer, and black, burning hot, winter.

And, of course, by traveling through this unique country, you must at least try the local corn (slightly recharged horse milk) and the ayran (single beverages which, by their taste and consistence, resembles a potable yogurt)

And it doesn't matter where you try these national Kyrgyz dishes in Bishkek capital or in a remote mountainous village, the kitchen of Kyrgyzstan won't leave you indifferent because of bright taste and aromat!
