Jetwing Saman Villas is an intimate adults-only boutique hotel set on an elevated rocky headland above the Indian Ocean in Bentota. The official website describes it as Sri Lanka’s first boutique hotel. Its secluded position, panoramic sea views and access to two long beaches create a peaceful coastal setting away from busier resort areas.
The hotel comprises only 27 suites, all offering uninterrupted ocean views. Interiors combine warm timber, Italian leather furnishings, artwork, traditional Sri Lankan influences and contemporary amenities. An infinity pool overlooking the horizon forms the focal point of the grounds. Wellness facilities include Sahana Spa, equipped with a jacuzzi, sauna and floral bath, as well as a gym. The main restaurant remains open around the clock and serves Sri Lankan and international cuisine. Jetwing Saman Villas offers 27 suites across five categories, ranging from 73 to 197 m². Every suite accommodates two adults and overlooks the ocean. Interiors feature polished timber, Italian leather furnishings, natural tones, decorative lighting, artwork and touches of traditional Sri Lankan design. Accommodation includes king-size beds, living areas, dressing rooms, bathrooms with bathtubs and rain showers, and balconies, verandahs or private gardens. Deluxe Suite with Pool, Grand deluxe suite with pool and the duplex Saman Villa Suite with Pool feature private swimming pools.
Located on an upper floor, this suite combines natural tones, warm timber, artwork and Sri Lankan design influences. Its open-plan bathroom features a bathtub and rain shower, while a private balcony or terrace overlooks the ocean.
