Germany ' s fourth largest city, Keln is on the Rhine and is glossed with its architecture and unforgettable carnivals. Keln is very rich in architectural monuments, despite the fact that the Second World City was destroyed by 80 per cent. Over the next decades, the city has been thoroughly and familially restored and today calls for tourists to see the masters of the architecture.
