In 35 comfortable rooms located in three elegant villas, exquisite classical interriers in light tones, floors and furniture from a natural tree, fine jewellery, elegant fires, big panorama windows and magnificent landscapes. The hotel has a health-care centre, including an open pool with heating, gym and procedural offices offering a wide range of services. The Aerie location offers a large range of sports: tennis courts, near golf-fields, yogo, mountain bicycle, canoe, fishermen, water sports.

The hotel restaurant offers a variety of classic French cuisines with a focus on the north-west Pacific coast kitchens, as well as a rich map of wine from two hotel beds with 6,000 bottles of 600 March wine from all over the world, including wine made from grape grown in famous British Columbia Valleys, Okanagan and Cowi. There are two modern-day conference rooms in the hotel, ranging from 24 to 100. To the guests' services, a bottle, a culinary class, a business, a car park.
